This is not a universal replacement. This is direct from Carrier.

This kit has all that you need to replace the below part numbers.  ICM makes a board that is also replaces the below.  The difference is Carrier Bryant Payne 325878-751 is an OEM (orginal equipment manufacture) as the ICM 282 is an aftermarket.  This board fits in the same location and has the required wiring harness extensions and adapters.  It is simple to replace and requires no rewiring of the furnace. 

 

Any board claiming to be this part number 325878-751 and cost less than $200 is NOT the board direct from Carrier, it is from ICM - see below
