Deliveries
refused for reasons other than shipping damage (see above) will be
subject to any applicable return shipping charges plus a 25% restocking
fee. You may return unused unopened merchandise within 10 days of
receipt of your order. All returned merchandise must be undamaged,
unused and in the original packaging. You must contact
HVACPartsOutlet.com customer service department immediately at
(301)-845-8005. You will be issued an RMA (Returned Authorization
Number) and will be given instructions on how to prepare the
merchandise for return shipping. The RMA number should be clearly
posted on the outside of the package. Merchandise that is returned
without an RMA number will be refused and a Refund will be denied. You
are responsible for shipping payment to HVACPartsOutlet.com. Return
items and or parts must be returned in its original packaging,
undamaged, and no missing parts or pieces. If there is no evidence
that the item or part was ever installed, you will be entitled to a
refund of the original purchase price minus minus a 25% restocking
fee. Any item or part that is found to be other than new and unused
will immediately be returned shipped with collect freight (C.O.D) to
you.
