1 Year Return Policy and limited Guarantee Against Defects
Every product you buy from HVACPartsOutlet.com is backed by the product manufacturer's warranty for a period not to exceed 1 year from date of purchase. HVACPartsOutlet.com's 1 year limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or HVACPartsOutlet.com.
You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return of the item and must be received by our location within 10 days of the RMA issue.
You are responsible for payment to ship the replacement item to you on any item over 90 days old. Typically this can be done via a Pay Pal invoice sent to you from HVAC Parts Outlet LLC. (effective August 2012, orders previous - 90 Days)
Defective products returned for exchange must be in the original packaging and include all parts, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories.
We reserve the right to refuse for return any item that shows signs of damage not consistent with normal wear and tear or installed improperly as to cause unnecessary damage to the item.
90 Day Non-Defective Return
Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and do not include the shipping cost. "Free Shipping" items will have the shipping costs deducted, this fee is what UPS charges HVAC Parts Outlet to ship the item to you and is not reflected during your purchase, and a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return of the item. The item/s must be in the original packaging and include all parts, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be received to our location within 10 days of the RMA issue. The item must be in new condition. If the item has been installed or damaged in any manner the RMA will be denied and you will be responsible for all shipping charges to retrieve the item from our facility. (effective August 2012, orders previous - 30 Days)

Damaged Freight
HVACPartsOutlet.com insures all shipped items. It is the responsibility of the consumer to inspect all merchandise immediately upon delivery. All products are inspected, checked, and packaged by HVACPartsOutlet.com prior to release to the carrier. In spite of our best efforts, shipping damage can and does sometimes occur. Here's how to protect yourself:
Submit your claim to click here with your order number and notify us of your claim.
Please allow up to 2 business days for us to review and respond to your claim. If you require an immediate replacement part, place an additional order and once approved your original purchase will be refunded.
Refused Delivery
HVACPartsOutlet.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee as outlined above for non-defective returns and applicable shipping charges for any and all deliveries that are refused by the customer. Shipping charges as part of the original order is not refundable.
