*One Year Limited Warranty

Non electrical parts come with a 1 Year Manufacturer's warranty from the date of original purchase.  At our option, we'll repair or replace any defective product for a full year following the original date of purchase. Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable; however the purchaser will not be billed for shipment of the replacement. Purchaser must return the part under warranty to HVACPartsOutlet.com only after first receiving an authorization return number in email from our parts center, a copy of which must accompany the product being returned.  Purchaser must pay for all shipping expenses for the returned product, and in turn, HVACPartsOutlet.com will pay all shipping costs for the replacement part.

Any and all electrical parts such as Motors, Circuit Boards, and Gas Valves can be easily damaged by a person who is inexperienced with proper installation techniques and guidelines.  Any warranty item on electrical components must include a copy of the qualified service person/company in order for a claim to be filed.  Returned warranty items will be inspected by qualified licensed service technicians to validate claims.
