Every product you buy from HVACPartsOutlet.com is backed by the product manufacturer's warranty for a period not to exceed 1 year from date of purchase. HVACPartsOutlet.com's 1 year limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or HVACPartsOutlet.com.
You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return of the item. The item(s) must be received by our location within 10 days of the RMA issue.
You are responsible for payment to ship the replacement item to you on any item over 90 days old. Typically this can be done via a Pay Pal invoice sent to you from HVAC Parts Outlet LLC.
Defective products returned for exchange must be in the original packaging and include all parts, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories.
We reserve the right to refuse for return any item that shows signs of damage not consistent with normal wear and tear or installed improperly as to cause unnecessary damage to the item.
90 Day Non-Defective Return
Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and do not include the shipping cost. "Free Shipping" items will have the shipping costs deducted. This fee is what the carrier charges HVAC Parts Outlet to ship the item to you and is not reflected during your purchase. You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return of the item in addition to the 20% restocking fee. The item(s) must be in the original packaging and include all parts, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and must be received at our location within 10 days of the RMA issue. The item must be in new condition. If the item has been installed or damaged in any manner, the RMA will be denied and you will be responsible for all shipping charges to retrieve the item from our facility.
Compressors cannot be returned for any reason other than defective. Any defective compressor request must include the following information.
- Date of installation
- Date of Failure
- Name of installing HVAC technician
- Master License number of installing HVAC technician and state of issue
- Company name employing HVAC technician
- Phone number and address of company employing HVAC technician
HVACPartsOutlet.com insures all shipped items. It is the responsibility of the consumer to inspect all merchandise immediately upon delivery. Any damage claims must be submitted no later than 15 days from the delivery date. All products are inspected, checked, and packaged by HVACPartsOutlet.com prior to release to the carrier. In spite of our best efforts, shipping damage can and does sometimes occur. Here's how to protect yourself:
- Always note any external damage to cartons upon the delivery.
- Note the Date of Failure.
- We highly recommend that you unpack each carton and carefully inspect each item. Note any damage and contact HVACPartsOutlet.com immediately to file a claim.
- Keep all packing materials and contents in the same condition as when the damage was discovered.
- It is a good idea to take pictures immediately after discovering damage in order to support your claim.
There are no other express warranties or conditions respecting the equipment. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so that the foregoing limitation may not apply to you
